This week's project

Claude knows your company

Build a Claude Project that holds lasting context about your actual work — drop in a handful of your own real documents (meeting notes, a strategy doc, a key spreadsheet, your team's process) and write a CLAUDE.md that tells Claude who you are and how you work. Then prove it sticks by asking three questions that can only be answered from your documents. This is your AI 'second brain': the end of re-explaining yourself in every chat.

Deliverable: A working Claude Project with project knowledge + a CLAUDE.md, that correctly answers 3 questions grounded in your own documents.

Done when

✓A Project is set up with at least 3 of your own real documents added as knowledge.
✓A CLAUDE.md gives Claude permanent context about your role, your team, and how you like answers.
✓Three questions are answered correctly from the documents (not generic web knowledge), with the answers captured as evidence.
✓You note what you redacted or kept out per the Traffic Light check.
✓A short reflection on what this Project will save you each week.
