8 weeks · live · exclusively on Claude
Turn your team into AI-powered operators.
A cohort program that builds every person a connected second brain — wired to their email, calendar, drive and meetings — that actually does their work. Hands-on, a real project every week.
No technical experience needed · the structure ports to any AI tool.

“Brief me”
The briefing you build in Week 7
The real problem
Your team has AI access. They’re barely using it.
Buying licences is easy. Changing how people actually work is not. Most "AI training" is a tour of features everyone forgets by Friday — clever prompts, no lasting habit.
We close that gap. Every person connects Claude to their real working life, builds reusable Skills, and ships a working workflow every week — until being AI-powered is just how they operate. That’s the difference between access and adoption.
By week eight
Every person on your team can do all of this
Run a connected second brain across email, calendar, drive & meeting transcripts
Open your laptop to an automated daily briefing — meetings, priorities, who you’re meeting
Build reusable Skills that do your research, reporting and decks
Triage your inbox to zero with replies drafted in your voice
Let Claude handle web admin — forms, comparisons — with a human gate
Ship an end-to-end workflow that does a real part of your job
The idea that compounds
Generic AI answers from the internet. Yours answers from you.
Connect Claude to where your knowledge actually lives, and every question gets answered from your real context — sourced, in seconds. That’s a second brain, and it’s the spine of the whole program.
How the second brain works“What did we promise Northwind, and where did we leave SSO?”
Pulled from 3 emails, the kickoff transcript, and the proposal in Drive — with sources.
You promised a Q3 pilot. SSO was parked pending their security review. Next step: confirm the review date.
The wow moments
Eight weeks. Eight moments you won't forget.
We design every week around a single transformational moment — the point where it clicks that you're genuinely AI-powered. Here's where each one lands.
Your first answer from your own world
Ask your new Project a real work question and watch it answer from your own documents — instantly, with sources.
Teach once, reuse forever
Trigger your first Skill with a single line and watch Claude do what used to take a paragraph of re-explaining every time.
It answers from YOUR world
Ask one question and watch Claude answer across your inbox, a meeting transcript, and a Drive doc — sourced, in seconds.
Briefed on everyone you meet
Say 'prep me for my next meeting' and get a sourced one-pager: who they are, what they care about, your shared history, and the one thing to say.
Forecasting you can actually defend
Change one assumption and watch base, best and worst cases update — an explainable model, not a black box.
Blank slide, beaten
Feed in a report or transcript and watch a client-ready deck appear — spine, slides and speaker notes — anchored to one decision.
Tomorrow's prep, already done
Schedule the Daily Briefing and open your laptop tomorrow to a 60-second brief that's already triaged your inbox and researched every meeting.
Beginners, shipping real workflows
A room of people who started eight weeks ago as beginners, each demoing a working AI workflow that does their actual job.
How it works
Core, then your adventure, then back together
Weeks 1–3
Foundation
Basics, prompt & Project design, Skills, and connecting Claude to your working life.
Weeks 4–6
Choose your adventure
Research, reporting & presentations — taught once, applied through your role lens.
Weeks 7–8
Agency & capstone
Claude starts doing: a daily briefing, browser automation, then a capstone you demo live.
Choose your adventure
One program, tailored to every role
Legal Track
Legal teams spend expensive hours on review, summarisation and tracking — work that's high-volume but pattern-heavy.
Explore the legal lens →Marketing Track
Marketers juggle research, content, campaigns and reporting across too many tools — and on-brand output at speed is hard.
Explore the marketing lens →Sales Track
Reps lose hours to research, admin and follow-up — time that should be spent selling.
Explore the sales lens →Operations & Admin Track
Ops and admin teams are buried in requests, forms, SOPs and status-chasing — the connective tissue work that never ends.
Explore the operations lens →Day-to-day transformations
What it looks like in your actual day
The Daily Triage Briefing
Open your laptop to a 60-second brief: today's priorities, every meeting explained, and who you're about to meet — ready before your coffee.
When: Every morning, automatically — or on demand with 'brief me'.
★ SignatureWalk In Knowing Everything
Before every meeting, a one-page brief on who you're meeting, what they care about, your shared history, and the one thing to say.
When: Automatically before each meeting, or on demand: 'prep me for my next meeting'.
★ SignatureBuild Your Second Brain
Wire Claude to your email, calendar, Drive and meeting transcripts so it answers from your whole working life — not the open web.
When: Set it up once in Week 3; it compounds every week after.

The business case
Access is a cost. Adoption is the return.
Hours / week
returned per person — inbox, research, reporting and prep that used to be manual.
Pre / post
capability and time-saved measured, so leadership sees the uplift in black and white.
Week 1
first real win shipped — value starts before the program is even half done.
We instrument the outcome so the spend is defensible — a pilot cohort proves the uplift before you roll out company-wide.
What it feels like
From “I should use AI more” to “this runs my week”
By week three I'd stopped dreading my inbox. Claude triages it and drafts the replies in my voice — I just review and send. That alone gave me back an hour a day.
Operations Lead
B2B SaaS team
The daily briefing changed my mornings. I walk into every meeting already knowing who I'm talking to and what they care about. It feels unfair.
Account Executive
Sales team
We used to spend a day a week on reporting. Now it drafts itself from our data and we spend the time on the decisions. The capstone workflow is still running.
Marketing Manager
Scale-up
Illustrative of the outcomes the program is built to produce.
Questions
The things teams ask first
Still unsure? Talk to us — we'll be straight with you about fit.
Do our people need to be technical?
No. This is built for complete beginners and non-technical teams — sales, ops, legal, marketing. Everything is a guided, screen-share build-along. If they can use email and a browser, they can do this.
We use ChatGPT / Gemini / Copilot, not Claude. Is this still relevant?
Yes. We teach on Claude because it is the best place to learn the craft, but the structure — connect your data, describe clearly, delegate with guardrails — ports directly to any AI tool. People leave more capable on whatever you standardise on.
Is our data safe?
Connector data is not used to train models, access is scoped and owner-controlled, and Diligence (governance, “draft never send”, human gates on irreversible actions) is taught throughout. We design the cohort around your policies.
What is the time commitment?
Eight weeks: one live 3-hour session per week, plus roughly 60–90 minutes to finish each weekly project on your real work. The project is the point — it is the thing that makes it stick.
What do we need to have in place?
A paid Claude plan (Pro/Team/Enterprise), and the tools you already use day to day (email, calendar, drive, etc.). We help you connect them in Week 3.
Can you run a private cohort for our company?
Yes — private cohorts are tailored to your tools, data and policies, with optional pre/post measurement so leadership can see the uplift. Most teams of 10+ choose this.
Low-risk to start
If your team isn’t building real, working AI workflows by Week 3, we’ll make it right.
We’re confident because the program is project-based by design — people ship from session one. Start with a pilot cohort and see the change before you scale it.
