An 8-week live course · taught with Claude
Stop chatting with AI. Start putting it to work.
You already use AI day to day. Over eight weeks of live, hands-on sessions on your own real work, we turn it from a question-answerer into a personal assistant — wired into your email, calendar, docs and meetings.
No experience needed · a real project every week · what you learn works with any AI tool.
Week 7
Get briefed on your day
Employed in England? This course can be fully funded by the UK government. Up to ~£2,250 of training per person, covered by the levy — £0 to you and £0 to your employer, with Level 5 units and a certificate.
The honest truth
You’ve got AI at work. You’re barely scratching the surface.
Getting access to AI is easy. Changing how you work is the hard part. Most "AI training" is a feature tour you’ve forgotten by Friday — clever tricks, no real habit.
We fix that. You connect AI to your real work, build reusable shortcuts, and finish something useful every week — until working with AI is just how you operate. By the end, you’re the person others come to for help.
By week eight
Here’s everything you’ll be able to do
A personal AI assistant plugged into your email, calendar, docs and meetings
An automatic morning briefing — your meetings, priorities and who you’re about to meet
Reusable shortcuts that do your research, reports and decks
Clear your inbox fast, with replies in your own voice
Hand off the boring web admin — forms, comparisons — while you stay in control
One real workflow that does a genuine part of your job
The thing that makes it click
Most AI only knows the internet. Yours will know your work.
Connect AI to where your work lives — email, files, meeting notes — and it answers from your real world, with sources, in seconds. No more digging through threads for what was agreed.
See how it works“What did we promise Northwind, and where did we leave SSO?”
Pulled from 3 emails, the kickoff transcript, and the proposal in Drive — with sources.
You promised a Q3 pilot. SSO was parked pending their security review. Next step: confirm the review date.
How it works
Start with the basics, end doing real work
Weeks 1–3
Foundations
Get fluent and safe: how AI works, prompting that lands first time, and a second brain that knows your work.
Weeks 4–6
Put it to work
Apply Claude across everyday work, connect it to your tools for deep research, and create decks, visuals and dashboards.
Weeks 7–8
Lead the change
Decide where AI is worth it, make the business case, and lead the rollout — finishing with your certification.
The weekly rhythm
How each week actually runs
Same shape every week, so it fits around a real job: learn it live, use it on your own work, get it marked, get unstuck.
Live session
Start the week with a 3-hour, tutor-led live online session — follow along and build as you watch.
Get the materials
Slides, recordings and step-by-step guides land in your learner portal straight after.
Do the week’s task
A clear project on your own real work, in your own time — roughly two to three hours.
Submit your work
Hand it in by the end of the week. The teaching team marks it and gives you feedback.
Wrap-up Q&A
Close the week with an optional 1-hour live session: fire in your questions and get them all answered.
Relevant to your job
Everyone does all eight weeks — with tasks matched to your role
Same course for everyone. As we work through research, reporting and presentations, you'll perform the tasks that fit the role you're given — drawn from the job you actually do.
Legal Track
Legal teams spend expensive hours on review, summarisation and tracking — work that's high-volume but pattern-heavy.
Marketing Track
Marketers juggle research, content, campaigns and reporting across too many tools — and on-brand output at speed is hard.
Operations & Admin Track
Ops and admin teams are buried in requests, forms, SOPs and status-chasing — the connective tissue work that never ends.
Sales Track
Reps lose hours to research, admin and follow-up — time that should be spent selling.
The payback
Real ROI — usually within two months.
The time you win back pays for the course many times over — most people save ~8 hours a week, and companies see a clear return within two months. An easy yes, and most people simply expense it.
~8 hours / week
the time most people win back — inbox, research, reporting and prep that used to eat the day.
Within ~2 months
typical payback — the hours saved cover the cost, then keep adding up.
A win in Week 1
your first real result lands early — value before the course is even half done.
What it feels like
From “I should use AI more” to “this runs my week”
By week three I'd stopped dreading my inbox. Claude triages it and drafts the replies in my voice — I just review and send. That alone gave me back an hour a day.
Operations Lead
B2B SaaS team
The daily briefing changed my mornings. I walk into every meeting already knowing who I'm talking to and what they care about. It feels unfair.
Account Executive
Sales team
We used to spend a day a week on reporting. Now it drafts itself from our data and we spend the time on the decisions. The capstone workflow is still running.
Marketing Manager
Scale-up
Illustrative of the outcomes the program is built to produce.
Questions
The questions people ask first
Still unsure? Talk to us — we'll be straight with you about whether it’s a fit.
Do I need to be technical?
No. This is built for complete beginners — if you can use email and a browser, you can do this. Every session is a guided, follow-along build, so you’re never left staring at a blank screen.
I use ChatGPT / Gemini / Copilot, not Claude. Is this still useful?
Yes. We teach with Claude because it’s the best place to learn the craft, but everything you learn — connecting your information, asking clearly, handing off work safely — works with any AI tool. You leave more capable whichever one you end up using.
Is my data safe?
Yes. The information you connect is not used to train AI models, you control exactly what it can see, and we teach safe habits throughout — like having AI draft, never send, and asking before anything that can’t be undone.
How much time does it take?
Eight weeks: a live 3-hour session each week, an optional 1-hour wrap-up Q&A at the end of the week, and roughly two to three hours to finish each week’s project using your own work. The project is the point — it’s what makes it actually stick.
What do I need to have in place?
A paid Claude plan, and the everyday tools you already use (email, calendar, files, and so on). We help you connect them in Week 3 — nothing to set up beforehand.
Can my company send a whole team?
Yes — private cohorts are tailored to your tools and ways of working, with an optional before/after so your manager can see the difference. See the “For managers” page or just ask us.
Low-risk to start
If you’re not building real, working AI habits by Week 3, we’ll make it right.
It’s built around doing — you ship something from the very first session. Join the next cohort and feel the difference fast.
