Do I need training experience?
No. We teach the facilitation craft as well as the content. If you already train, you will move through it faster.
How much AI knowledge do I need?
You should be a confident, hands-on AI-at-work user. We take you from there up to teaching standard — you do not need to be technical.
Will I get paid work afterwards?
The strongest graduates are invited onto our paid bench to deliver cohorts. It is selective rather than guaranteed — but creating that pipeline is the whole point of the programme.
Is it remote?
