What a month looks like

  • Week 1 — audit. Your coach maps your real workflows and finds the three with the most leverage.
  • Weeks 2–3 — build. Together you build the Skills, connectors and automations that attack those workflows, tuned to exactly how you work.
  • Week 4 — embed. You review what’s running, fix what isn’t, and plan the next three.
  • Throughout — async review: send your coach a Skill or a stuck workflow, get it sorted.

  • A live capstone. The final proof is a real workflow, demoed to the cohort.
