The Board of Advisors

Take a real proposal, plan or decision you're about to put in front of people, and run it past a simulated Board of Advisors before they do. Brief Claude to play three sharp, distinct personas — say a sceptical CFO, a customer-obsessed CMO, and a blunt cynic — and have each one interrogate your document, surface the objections, and rate the weakest part. Then redraft the document to answer what they raised. This is a daily-workflow superpower: pressure-test your thinking in 20 minutes, not a week of meetings.

Deliverable: Your strengthened document plus the Board of Advisors transcript — the objections raised and the specific edits you made in response.

Done when

✓Uses a real document or decision of yours, not a hypothetical.
✓At least three clearly differentiated advisor personas each interrogate it from their angle.
✓Captures the strongest objections each persona raised.
✓Shows concrete changes you made to the document as a result.
