Your first perfect prompt

Take a recurring piece of work you write from scratch most weeks — a status email, a customer reply, a meeting agenda — and engineer one reusable prompt for it using the T-R-I-C framework (Task, Role, Information, Constraints). You'll run it, spot what's still off, and tune it in the Prompt Clinic until it gives you a near-final draft on the first try. The win is a prompt you keep and reuse, not a one-off answer.

Deliverable: One reusable, saved T-R-I-C prompt for a real recurring task, plus the first-try output it produces.

Done when

✓The prompt clearly labels all four T-R-I-C parts (Task, Role, Information, Constraints).
✓It targets a genuine task you repeat, so it's worth keeping.
✓Includes the output Claude produced, with a note on how close to final it was.
✓Shows at least one tuning round — what you changed and why it improved the result.
✓Constraints are specific (length, format, tone, what to avoid).
