Bring everything together into a real proposal: a 30-day AI pilot you could genuinely run in your team. Define the workflow, the success metric, who's involved and the risk guardrails — then have Claude play a sceptical CFO to surface every objection (cost, ROI, data, distraction) and sharpen your pitch until it survives the grilling. This is your certification capstone: a pilot plan and pitch you could put in front of a decision-maker on Monday.

Deliverable: A pitch-ready 30-day AI pilot plan (scope, success metric, champions, guardrails) plus the CFO objection-and-response sheet you built against it.
