Pick one genuinely annoying process in your work — the repetitive, time-sucking one everyone moans about — map it step by step with Claude's help, then run it through the Build / Buy / Ignore matrix to decide whether to build a custom AI solution, buy a tool, or leave it alone. Put a rough number on the time and cost it currently burns, so the decision rests on evidence. This is the week you stop asking 'can AI do this?' and start asking 'is it worth it?'.

Deliverable: A one-page AI business case for one real workflow: the mapped process, its current time/cost, a Build/Buy/Ignore verdict, and the reasoning behind it.

Done when

✓Maps a real, specific process you own or touch — not a generic example.
✓Quantifies the current cost (time per cycle × frequency, and the rough money behind it).
✓Gives a clear Build / Buy / Ignore verdict with the reasoning stated.
✓If 'Buy', evaluates a vendor against the 3 critical procurement questions; if 'Build', sketches what it would take.
✓Flags the main risks using the Traffic Light framework.
